Erhu is an ancient Chinese musical instrument with about 1,200 years of history in China. It has two strings and is played with a bow. Traditional melodies,  and modern compositions are played by accomplished musician featuring Qiu Min Ji. Mrs. Ji has performed for thousand of schools, and cultural centers. Her performance history includes concerts with Chicago Symphony and Milwaukee Symphony Orchestras. Mrs. Ji's performance has received many honors including:
