CACBC is an American nonprofit educational and cultural exchange organization. We introduce diverse American performing arts groups to China, including (but not limited to) orchestras, concert bands, wind ensembles, marching bands, jazz bands, choirs and choral groups, ballet, folk and square dance, and other performing groups.

CACBC identifies and selects outstanding performing ensembles from schools and universities, as well as youth, community, and professional groups across the United States, to ensure high caliber performances for our Chinese audiences.

Arranging performance tours to China is a special vocation that requires knowledge of performing arts, and education, and an understanding of both the Chinese and American cultures.
